Skippy is the 1967 Zenith blue and Lotus White (cream) splittie.
This was our first van and came from Australia in 2002.
Skippy was restored in the UK and we purchased him in Feb 2005.
Skippy has a 1600cc engine and a bay beam and therefore has disc brakes on the front and drum brakes on the rear. There are 2 shoulder mounted seat belts in the front of the van and 2 lap belts in the rear.
At the back Skippy has an IRS conversion and sits about 4" lower than standard splits. With Empi 5 spoke alloy wheels to complete the look and a 3/4 length roof rack.
Skippy has a 3/4 width rock'n'roll bed. He also has a CD radio with an iPod connector. There is a 2 ring gas burner with a slim grill and electric cool box.
Skippy will comfortably sleep 2 adults inside the van.
