The standard weekend is Friday 3pm to Monday 11am and the standard week is Saturday anytime to Friday 11am, however if you have different holiday plans please ask and we will try to fit you in. ( Discounted rates are available for periods of hire longer than 1 week)

Insurance for 1 person is included within the rates quoted provided you are over 25 and under 70yrs old, a small surcharge will be added those who have had claims or convictions. A second driver can be added for about £8 per day.

Payment Terms are £150 on booking (this is non refundable should you cancel your booking) with the balance due 2 weeks prior to your holiday. The excess on the insurance of £750 is required when you collect the van (you can either leave a cheque or your card details). This will be returned to you providing the van and equipment is returned in the same condition as at the start of your holiday. You can reduce the excess to £200 by paying an excess reduction of £5.50 per day at the start of your holiday.

We will supply you with a full tank of petrol and will expect the same returned, a charge of £20 plus petrol costs will be made against your deposit if we are required to fill up the van.
  Our aim is to provide an enjoyable VW experience, to do this we need time to check and clean the vans properly before they are out again. We need your cooperation to enable us to do this by bringing the vans back on time, this means allowing for summer traffic jams in Cornwall! We will charge an extra days’ rental if the vans are late back as it impacts on our service to other customers, the day rate is £100 for a split and £75 for a bay.
  The vans have Greenflag cover and we keep a spare van if we need to swap vehicles over but if you are without a van for part of your holiday we will refund you the hire costs of the van on a pro rata basis.

Getting Here : We'll collect you from Newquay airport (with links to Stansted with Ryan Air and to Gatwick, Leeds Bradford, Manchester,and Bristol with Air South West), or from St Austell mainline train station. Alternatively you can drive down to Cornwall and we will store your car in off road parking. Please note there will be a charge of £20 each way from Newquay airport if your basic hire costs are less than £400.
